* Work as a senior Engineer and lead a Chapter of approximately 10 Data Engineers. The Chapter is responsible for the end to end Data platform within Finance catering to the needs of reporting and Analytics of the business users. * Actively be involved in leading the team on mapping the requirements to the OFSDF (Oracle Financial Services Data Foundation) data model, which forms the basis to meet the sourcing needs of Finance. * Be responsible for the physical administration, release and deployment of several data models (HDRM, OFSDF, Fusion, BAW etc) and make sure that the Data initiatives adhere to the Data principles laid down as part the Bankwide Data Management Strategy. * Be working with various Product Owners to understand their expectations from the members of the Data Chapter.
* Bachelor or Master degree in IT Engineering * Solid knowledge and experience (3- 5 years) with Oracle Databases (PL/SQL) and OFSAA rules engines * Experience in OFSAA Data modelling using ERWIN modelling tools * Extensive knowledge of OFSAA datamodel and integrated reconciliation framework * Knowledge of reconciliation and accounting requirements and processes * Knowledge of Fusion to make the right mapping between requirements, datamodel and fusion * Experience in Banking industry (Finance / Risk) * Additionally, we would like an IT Chapter Lead Data who has a coaching and inspirational leadership style, as well as a vision on supporting the team in our agile journey (also in the transformation to the new organisation).
