PepsiCo is looking for a Logistics Procurement Manager Benelux. This role can be based in Utrecht or Zaventem, however the preferred location is Utrecht. Main Purpose of the role * Develop and implement Procurement sourcing and supplier strategies for Tropicana Europe NV and the Benelux business unit, and deliver sustainable YOY productivity on the total Logistics spend * Provide optimal transportation and warehousing solutions, ensure adequate relationship management with key suppliers, and resolve any issues associated to transportation to ensure best-in-class service levels and business continuity * Support Logistics solutions development and manage change projects that are required to deliver productivity targets, * Work with Sector and Global Logistics Procurement teams and functional stakeholders to develop a 3-5 year transportation procurement strategy, ensuring a solid long term productivity pipeline through category expertise development and market insight. Ensure full adoption in of any Sector/Global led Logistics purchasing strategies. * Lead local sourcing events, using appropriate tendering tools. Increase procurement coverage to 90%+ through credibility and trust with internal stakeholders, PepsiCo procurement community and suppliers. * In close collaboration with the European Category Manager International Freight, leverage inbound & primary freight spend within the UK-Benelux-France triangle to drive significant, sustainable improvements in cost, quality & service to support the Supply Chain productivity agenda. * Ongoing supplier relationship management, performance evaluation and issue resolution associated with transportation suppliers (including set-up preferred supplier rosters, monitor and track supplier performance, financial control, and corrective action and escalation processes). * Follow market trends and liaise with suppliers to introduce innovative ideas, delivering productivity and efficiency. * Ensure all logistics solutions fully meet all PepsiCo quality and food safety requirements. * Capture the value delivered from all logistics procurement initiatives, and ensures full alignment with stakeholders and finance
