You help and advice our cardholders with paying the expenses on their American Express card, assessing spending limits and other payment-related issues. No specific financial experience is required for this role. We are looking for strong service-oriented colleagues with excellent communication and influencing skills.As a Credit Analyst you are a representative of the American Express brand. The Credit department aims to find the right balance between opening accounts, preventing fraud and managing risks.As a Credit Analyst, you and a team of enthusiastic colleagues are responsible for managing our debtors file. You speak to our cardholders efficiently and friendly by telephone, in order to collect the outstanding amounts. You ensure that you receive a payment promise and you follow up all payments together with the rest of the team. As you continue to grow in this position, you will focus more on analyzing accounts with a view to potential payment risks. In addition, you make decisions about the spending limits and you are given the authority to cancel or release cards.
