Senior Business Manager - Image Guided Therapy Customer Services

The Sr. Business (development) Manager is the downstream marketer for BG Image Guided Therapy Services (Customer Services). In this role you have the opportunity to drive IGT Services performance in selected markets around the globe and achieve revenue targets in the region accordingly. You are responsible for * Leading Business Market activities for IGT CS BMC - Annual operating plan and related performance * Identifying IGT service opportunities (geographic, price segmented, competitive, etc.), create and implement appropriate programs and promotions to accelerate customer services sales, Av price / Mix and retention. * Formulating regional business and marketing strategy objectives that improve Awareness, Adoption, and advocacy of IGT Customer Service solutions. Monitors results and drive corrective actions. * Ensuring optimal service/commercial presence in regional exhibitions/congresses and/or internal meetings to ensure activation of programs that generate revenue and drive customer satisfaction. * Collecting and understanding competitive dynamics so as to predict future behaviors, position Philips as a better solution and provide the sales organization with a "winning" go-to-market approach by partnering with a.o. commercial/equipment marketing peers and customers in the market. * Collecting and analyzing market size, ASP, volumes, market share, growth trends and margin performance to project future trends and develop appropriate market approaches You are a part of You will work in a highly motivated team with team members and markets across the globe. In the marketing team you will work with other Product Managers, program managers and business development managers. The team operates in an open atmosphere and is characterized by a "self-starting" mentality and creating your own focus areas after consulting with the various stakeholders. * Preferably a Master's degree * 5+ years in marketing or a commercial role * Experience in service marketing, preferably within the healthcare domain * Field marketing management experience * Ability to synthesize market analyses and customer feedback into appropriate programs * Strong communication, influencing skills, stakeholder management and ability to lead and inspire an organization * Willingness to travel appr. 10%, To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience * Preferably a Master's degree * 5+ years in marketing or a commercial role * Experience in service marketing, preferably within the healthcare domain * Field marketing management experience * Ability to synthesize market analyses and customer feedback into appropriate programs * Strong communication, influencing skills, stakeholder management and ability to lead and inspire an organization * Willingness to travel appr. 10%
