Be part of the Philips Legal Compliance program team, a group of people that develop and deploy programs that span the various legal compliance domains. Many of the programs we deploy have links with our IT infrastructure and -tools. They can leverage our internal systems to gather data and create measurements, or involve the implementation of (new) tools such as those required for Healthcare transparency reporting, complaint management and making privacy impact assessments. We are looking for an experienced program manager that has a strong affinity with Data Privacy and the IT tools related to this domain to help us drive implementation of new tools and further leverage our existing digital infrastructure. Your role will kick-off with helping Philips to get ready for the new Global Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You are responsible for * Helping Philips to get ready for the implementation of the GDPR; * Being the first point of contact for legal compliance IT projects and implementations, acting as the linking pin between the subject matter experts and Philips IT; * Designing and helping deploy roll-out plans for legal compliance tools and -IT infrastructure; * Working with our back-office team to design and deploying improved ways of working for solving IT complexities; * Proposing and developing new opportunities to leverage information technology to help Philips remain to be compliant with legal compliance rules and regulations., The Group Legal Compliance team consists of senior legal professionals and subject matter experts responsible for compliance topics such as antitrust, export controls, data protection, privacy, healthcare compliance and anti-corruption.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience * At minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent; * 5+ years of related work experience relating to data privacy and IT; * Affinity with legal compliance topics; * Fluent in English (oral and written); * Be able to work independently while simultaneously maintaining strong ties with your team.
