Project and Program Manager IT Transformation (English)

You and your IT Transformation colleagues are the go-to people if clients need advice about or reviews of projects, programs or portfolio management as part of complex business and IT transformations. You advise clients about controlling their risk transformations and you collaborate in teams together with Deloitte colleagues from various disciplines. You will specifically focus on the efficient and effective implementation of our programs and projects. You will have a coordinating role at our clients, where you will be responsible for managing and monitoring our projects and programs. You will be applying project and program methodologies and the related standards, to control the quality, scope and budget of the project/program and to achieve the project/program objective. Affinity with the various disciplines within Deloitte Risk Advisory is essential. These disciplines encompass Cyber Security, Privacy, Financial Risk Management, Governance, Compliance, IT and Internal Audit. You are capable of bridging these technical disciplines and for supervising and controlling the program/project. You will be responsible for a successful completion of clients' assignments. As a Manager you will contribute to the growing team of project and program professionals (the team currently numbers fifteen). We expect you to be capable of independently and functionally managing a team and building good work relations with the client. The core feature of the Deloitte Risk Services strategy is to provide successful transformations in our disciplines. To support us in our ambition we are looking for a Manager with an extensive network (preferably in TMT/Financial Services) What are the assignments for which Strategic Risk Transformation is hired? The following shows a few types of assignments we performed for our clients recently. Predictive Project Analytics: predictive project analysis uses a project assessment methodology to provide insight into the probabilities of success of projects and programs and how to immediately reinforce them while the implementation is being performed. The predictive value allows this to be performed before and during the implementation instead of afterwards. Project/Program Risk Management:setting up and supporting Risk Management during projects and programs. You will go through the different steps of the risk management cycle (identification, prioritization, control, reporting & monitoring) to ensure that an appropriate risk control system is in place for projects and programs. Program Delivery & Program Management Office:setting up and supporting the implementation of complex risk transformations such as cyber transformations and the implementations of major compliance programs. The work we perform will be commissioned by our clients' senior management. In many cases we will be reporting to the C-level. Project Reviews: the implementation of Project Reviews and Project Quality Assurance (PQA) so as to obtain insight into the current status and progress of major projects/programs, such as SAP/ERP implementations, cyber transformations or infra projects, and providing recommendations for a successful realization of the project objective. Portfolio Risk Management: perform portfolio risk assessments to guarantee that the portfolio risk profile meets an organization's strategic objectives. All these assignments cover various sectors, such as the financial sector (banks and insurance companies), the public sector, the consumer industry, and the technology, media and telecommunication sector. We focus on providing advice and support to large multinationals. What are the assignments for which IT Transformation is hired? We focus on providing advice and support to large multinationals., Risk Advisory employs around 700 professionals in four different service areas; * Governance, Regulatory & Risk (GRR) * Control, Transformation & Assurance (CTA) * Cyber Risk Services (CRS) * Technology Enabled Solutions (TES) The people working within these four competences include Data Analysts, IT Auditors, Internal Auditors, Risk Consultants and Security experts. All of them are experts in their own field, which is why they complement each other excellently. It is also why teams regularly include a mix of competences. Our services are mainly supported from the Amsterdam office. You will often be working at our clients' premises, either in the Netherlands or abroad.

* At least 6 years of experience in project and program management (advice) * Academic education or equivalent ability * IT knowledge and experience (project life cycle) at the cutting edge of business and IT * Extensive network of project and program managers and owners * Speaks the language of the (IT) Project Manager * Proven marketing experience and a commercial drive * Experience in working in a commercial environment would be preferred * Experience with managing major transformations * Experience with managing a team that provides the offerings * Demonstrable knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Prince2, MSP, P3O, PPMI or PMBOK). * You have excellent proficiency in Dutch and English; both verbally and in writing
