Purpose of the roleAs a Logistics Coordinator, you are a key player in the order management process. You are data-driven, you see possible improvements, and make sure that customers stay informed regarding their order status. In cooperation with the Material Planners, you support the processing process and guarantee a 100% delivery performance.ResponsibilitiesWithin the role, your key responsibilities will be the following:• Receive all orders from Elekta Business Units and assist with project management which is a part of the order fulfillment process;• Review letters of credits to ensure Elekta can comply with all requirements;• Investigate CLM cases (Customer Relationship Management) and generate DHR (Device History Record) when necessary;• Creating export documents and labels and arranging shipments by taking into account the applicable regulations, which differ per country;• Maintain good communication with forwarding agents, in relation to the shipment of goods and to keep customers informed;• Manage the returns and repairs of materials and/or customs e-book to ensure on-time delivery;• Lead or participate in the improvement of business systems and processes in cooperation with other colleagues and departments.Position within the organizationThe Logistics Coordinator is reporting to the Logistics Manager and will be part of a team consisting of five colleagues.The organizationElekta is the leading innovator of equipment and software designed to improve, prolong and save the lives of people with cancer and brain disorders.
