Digital Product specialist

your challenge:

As Digital Product Specialist, you are responsible for the best way of presenting our products in all digital channels. You own the quality and accuracy of the product information shown on and other platforms. You provide the right solutions within our system to present our products in the best way to our customers. You follow the global content calendar but also facilitate and support local product content needs. 

Key accountabilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely presence of products (images, copy and prices) online, by liaising with Product Marketing, Brand Marketing and our internal creative team and having a good understanding of the product roadmap.
  • Raise the bar in our product presentation to ensure best in class information and imagery for each product.
  • Guard and optimize the quality of online product presentation and work with Brand Marketing, Product Marketing and our internal creative team to ensure consistency and an optimal user experience to maximize revenue. 
  • Own PIM and within PIM, be responsible for the launch and stable maintenance of products, the core product data, and the enrichment of product content (both information and imagery). 
  • Analyze and resolve product content related issues online as quickly as possible and help design new solutions for new products, enabled by a good understanding of the user journey. 
  • Align with the Global Content Solutions team on commercial opportunities on product level for 
  • Align with the Digital Marketing team and the Trading team within Ecommerce on product content improvements on local level. 
  • Responsible to upload, maintain and enrich all digital assets available in Bynder. 
  • about you:

  • You have a Bachelor degree with background in a relevant discipline, i.e. e-Commerce, Product Marketing, Digital Content.
  • 3-5 years working experience.
  • Experience with owning product content in multiple systems.
  • Experience with a PIM system is preferable.
  • Proficient in the English language, both written and verbal.
