It holds offices in Switzerland, France, Germany, Russia and The Netherlands. As a group, Delta provides an end-to-end solution for consumers and professionals to buy or sell a new car. The auto‑dealer.com brand focusses fully on the consumer and is a primary growth driver for the future. Auto-Source is our B2B Software as a Service (SaaS) platform enabling car dealers to buy and sell new cars.
The new car-buying customer journey takes place over multiple months. Your role is therefore vital in ensuring our customers remain engaged and have the best new car-buying experience by providing them with the right message, at the right time and in the right channel across their end-to-end car-buying journey; from discovery to aftersales.
Important milestones within this journey include the touchpoints that customers have with our global dealer community. You will therefore also ensure that B2B direct communications (with new and existing dealers) empower and equip dealers to best serve end-customers.
You will take a data-driven approach, working with the analysts in the team to reveal moments where a thoughtful interaction will be the most meaningful to different B2C customers profiles and design, create, monitor, optimize and report on campaigns that create "Wow Moments" for our customers.
On the B2B side, you will work on creating and implementing acquisition campaigns to drive new dealer sign-ups, onboarding programs to ensure an increased activation rate, and reactivation campaigns for dormant dealers.
