Thecandidate will reportto the Senior Account Director. The Account Manager will lead the Exchangeteam, youll be instrumental in supporting the Nike Paid Social team at Mindshare to create + manage Nike campaigns across EMEA.
The Mindshare Nike team in Amsterdam is responsible for Nikes media output across EMEA markets.

The Nike EMEA team at Mindshare is collaborative like no other. We are an extension of Nikes own Integrated Media team, in daily communication with a range of clients and often working from the Nike European campus at Hilversum.

The ideal candidate will be expected work collaboratively within the Social Team, wider Exchange team and with the planning team:
Extensive Paid Social experience, ideally to have experience of managing global clients but this is not compulsory
Understanding of how to execute Paid Social campaigns across the global platforms Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and Snapchat
Experience defining and putting into action a Paid Social strategy as part of the clients overall strategy especially for large Brand campaigns.
Experience using the native Paid Social platforms for campaign management, reporting and insight
Experience working with Facebook Marketing partners to determine the value they can bring to an agency and a client
Knowledgeable on the business opportunities through key platforms & partners
Strong project management and coordination skills
Strong interpersonal skills
High attention to detail and accuracy is essential

Surfacing the best work within the team and promoting this internally and externally
The Paid Social Accountmanagerwill be measured through four key factors:

key social partners
Delivery of the clients Paid Social strategy ensure alignment with overall client Global /
Team development and innovation
Contribution to and ownership of wider Paid Social team and FAST initiatives
An Expert and thought leader in Paid Social:
Be an expert in Paid Social and keep up to date with recent industry developments
Become an expert in all Paid Social services offered by Mindshare Worldwide, ensuring
outstanding client service and advancement of the group
Demonstrating excellent Account Management and Client Servicing:
Take responsibility for the operations of your team managing your client portfolio
Be the central client contact for your client portfolio, dealing at Director level and above with
senior management within the client and Mindshare organization
Apply best practice rigor to the way the team operates and manages the execution of Paid
Be forward thinking and innovative in the development of Paid Social accounts and business
opportunities, always thinking of additional or new services we can offer our clients
Attend all important internal and external client Paid Social meetings to present, train and
provide outstanding levels of client service in a proactive manner
