CISO has a role to play as a driving force for information security for the bank, our customers and society, affecting the security and stability of society and our customers. Together with the various business lines, entities and subsidiaries, we are working on continuously improving the security of our data and systems, whereby the so-called 'BISO' is the advanced pawn to implement the information security as conceived by CISO. Your job For Asset Based Finance (ABF), a subsidiary of ABN AMRO and specialized in leasing and corporate finance solutions, we are looking for a proactive and driven colleague to fulfill the role of BISO. In this role you work together with your colleagues from ABF, CISO and IT to continuously improve the security of our bank. Because you are the one who is inside ABF, becoming the linking pin in the field of security, this requires being able to operate at both a strategic and operational level. On the one hand, you are collaborating with CISO, draw up a strategic annual plan and coordinate this with the MT. On the other hand, you are the one who ensures that all solutions in the field of security that we have to offer as an organization are actually implemented. After the implementation, you keep a finger on the pulse and evaluate to what extent the solutions have contributed to a more secure (digital) bank, and you share your experiences with BISOs from other business lines and entities. In this way, we can jointly ensure that we continue to improve and possibly keep attackers at bay.Your drive to make it increasingly safe for our customers to bank (digitally) with us is crucial. Security is not only the responsibility of the security department, but a responsibility of all of us. Also essential in this role is that you know how to convey the importance of security to your colleagues within ABF. Because only together can we ensure that our customers can bank with us carefree. Working environment The office of ABF is located in Utrecht. The office of CISO in Amsterdam / Amstelveen. Both locations are your working environment. Your formal residence is Amsterdam. We work on the basis of a hybrid model. This allows you to choose in good consultation with your manager at which locations or times you will work. Your profile You are a passionate go-getter with an interest in security, who would like to fulfill a bridging function between ABF and the CISO department. You enjoy realizing the security goals and continuously making the organization more secure. When we sum that up, we look for these qualities: • You have knowledge of or affinity with security; • Your enthusiasm and drive are contagious; • You know how to find the right tone in conversations with the various stakeholders; • You are strategically strong, and you know how to translate this into concrete actions; • You have knowledge of CISO services (and we are happy to help you to develop this further); • You have knowledge of business process management; • You have knowledge of IT risk management • You have knowledge of business IT architecture; • You preferably have studied IT or Information Security; • You are a connector and you are always looking for cooperation; • You are a go-getter who actually ensures that things are implemented; • You are critical, have guts and know how to make a good contribution in a discussion; • You are eager to learn. If you do not yet have a recognized Information security certificate, you would like to obtain it in the short term; • You are a nice colleague!
